Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

• We hope that you are delighted with your order. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 7 days.
• Return approval must be requested within 7 days, following which you will have a further 7 days in which to return the unsuitable item.
• Please note that returns will not be accepted unless the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
• Returns are made at the expense and responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed once Anayam London has received the returned item.
• Refunds are not available on custom orders, including engraving and any form of customisation.
