Shipping and Delivery

• Anayam London offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.
• Every order is presented in a complimentary Anayam London jewellery box.
• All pieces are custom made and are produced to order.
• Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 2-4 business weeks from the date of purchase.
• Orders are shipped via UPS Express and are delivered within a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of dispatch.
• All shipments are fully insured, and the cost of insurance is borne by Anayam London.
• Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or charges levied by the customs and import authorities of the destination country.
• Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email confirmation containing the unique tracking number and the name of the shipment carrier.
• Once dispatched, orders may be tracked directly on the UPS website.
• Should an order not be received within 2 weeks of dispatch, please contact us and we will revert with full details.
• In the event that an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered to the customer, the entire transaction amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
